Excellent variety across the board of asian food. When you can't make up your mind between Japanese, Chinese, or vietnamese, this is the one stop shop. The sushi was very fresh and tasty. Also, the chinese wasn't greasy. Great!

Asked for soba noodles and a diet coke. Got udon noodles and a regular coke. Very frustrating considering it's not cheap. ** UPDATE ** Sushi Yawa called to apologize for the confusion and offered me a credit. I upped my stars for excellent customer service. I'll provide another review once I place a second order.

I live in the neighborhood and have passed this place a number of times. I recently tried it out and was pleasantly surprised. I went back again and had another great experience. The fish is fresh, great option for rolls and appetizers, and friendly staff. I will definitely keep going back.

Great quality for the price. The fish was fresh and everything was very tasty. The order was literally at my door in 10 minutes from the time I received my confirmation e-mail - I couldn't believe it! Only gripe was that the edamame was slightly undercooked - probably a result of the fast service.

the papaya salad was bitter and I couldn't eat it. I love payaya salad and this is like nothing i have had before. the spicy sushi maki was a mess.

Excellent place to order in decently priced, well-made, fresh sushi from - we order it 1-2 times per week, and its consistently good. The restaurant itself is cute too, nice ambience, and usually not very crowded. Delivery times are usually accurate, and orders are generally correct.

Lunch "special" is the worst, must putrid bowl of slop I have ever seen. This food isn't fit for a dog. My heart is broken as this was formerly one of my most favorite places and I can't imagine ever ordering from here again. I have never in my life been so displeased with an order of food.

There was no option to select brown rice when ordering the lunch special online hence I made a special request and paid additional tip to cover the brown rice. I found out I was charged an additional $3 without being informed, for the brown rice. When I called and spoke to the manager, I received very bad customer service and said I was receive a credit of $3 for my NEXT order. Sorry, there will be no next order from me.

sushi is always fresh and delicious. Big differentiator with Sushi Yawa is that you get more fish and less rice on the rolls. I order from were once a week.

I've had good experiences with Sushi Yawa in the past, unfortunately this one was bad. Delivery time was fine, but the spicy tuna was clearly thawed out from frozen. While not spoiled, it was definitely fishy.

this is the third time in a row that the miso soup has been so watery that it doesn't really have any flavor. i have ordered from aki and ritz and yummy village and they all have much better soup. it shouldn't taste like water. i like the sushi here, but i'm not ordering any more. too much cost cutting. too bad. this restaurant used to be a lot better.
